I found this site quite by accident. I am a 72-year-old widow who is always had a middle class life, but since the death of my husband several years ago I am in some sort of frightening free fall, where everything in my life seems to be falling apart. I desperately need at least a part time job, but cannot get hired for steady employment; my 50 y.o. daughter, who is my only child, is very busy with her career and has little time for me; I have very few friends. I participate in group therapy for women but all of the women are married and do not work. I am physically very healthy, but alone, frightened and have no idea how to find my path again and begin to live the rest of my life
